Manage Google Consent Mode v2 & Builder Pass User-ID
Controls ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization, and analytics_storage.
When you activate a Builder Pass, your email is hashed locally via SHA-256 into a 28-character non-PII identifier (usr_<24hex>). Raw email addresses are never sent to Google Analytics.
1. Information We Collect & Pseudonymous Builder Pass IDs
You can browse all 1,674 floor plans, run regional build cost simulations, and download CAD blueprints without creating an account. If you choose to activate an optional StructuraCAD Builder Pass for expedited downloads and cross-device sync, your email address is processed in your browser via Web Crypto SHA-256 to generate a 28-character pseudonymous identifier (usr_<24hex>).
In strict compliance with Google Analytics User-ID policy, we never transmit raw email addresses or personally identifiable information (PII) to Google Analytics, never assign a user_id to unverified visitors, and immediately reset user_id to null when you sign out above.
2. Google Tag Manager, Analytics & Measurement Protocol
We use Google Tag (Container ID GTM-NQSSRXLX) and the Google Analytics 4 Measurement Protocol to measure floor plan engagement, SVG blueprint downloads, and cost calculator interactions. Google Consent Mode v2 signals (ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization, and analytics_storage) are initialized prior to tag execution and can be updated at any time using the control panel on this page.
3. Advertising & Builder Partner Links
HoolieHaus StructuraCAD displays contextual home-building, structural shell kit, HVAC, and construction financing advertisements and partner links. Third-party ad networks (including Google AdSense and programmatic header-bidding exchanges) may use cookies or web beacons when ad_storage is granted to serve relevant building supply offers.
