Official HoolieHaus License Agreement

CAD Blueprint Usage & Modification License

Every 2D CAD floor plan (.SVG), 3D exterior render, and material takeoff schedule published on HoolieHaus.com is licensed for personal homeowner planning, contractor bidding, and local engineering adaptation.

1. Permitted Rights (Homeowners, Builders & Engineers)

Free Download & Unlimited Printing: You may download the scalable vector floor plan (.SVG) and print unlimited copies of the architectural specification and material takeoff sheets for personal planning, lender pre-qualification, and contractor estimating.

CAD Modification & Local Engineering Stamp: You may open our SVG vector files in AutoCAD, Illustrator, Inkscape, Chief Architect, or Revit to modify interior partitions, door/window schedules, and foundation details to suit your local site conditions and state/county engineering stamp requirements.

Single-Structure Construction License: Each downloaded floor plan grants a royalty-free license to construct the residential structure on your property once the drawings have been reviewed and stamped by a licensed local professional engineer (PE) or architect for site-specific snow, wind, and seismic loads.

2. Redistribution & Digital Catalog Restrictions

While homeowners and builders may freely share downloaded blueprints with their project team (lenders, truss/kit manufacturers, concrete subcontractors, and municipal building departments), you may not re-upload, resell, or redistribute our raw SVG files or 3D renders on competing stock floor-plan websites or digital marketplaces without written attribution to HoolieHaus StructuraCAD (https://hooliehaus.com).

3. Municipal Building Code & Site Engineering Notice

All floor plans in the StructuraCAD [HG-1.1] catalog are programmatically audited against baseline 2024 International Residential Code (IRC) spatial geometry rules (R304 minimum room areas, R310 emergency egress glazing, and 36-inch primary entry clearances). Because soil bearing capacities, frost depths, wind speed zones, and snow loads vary by county, conceptual floor plans must always be verified by your local building department or a licensed structural engineer prior to excavation or framing.
