16' × 24' A-Frame with Loft

Plan HG-2713 (552 Sq Ft (16×24) 1 Bed, 1 Bath A-Frame Floor Plan with Loft) is an IRC R304/R310-vetted a-frame cabin blueprint engineered around a 24'-0" × 16'-0" structural grid (384 sq ft base footprint, 0.67:1 Square-Bay Proportion). Configured on the Vaulted Great Room + Upper Loft topology, this layout delivers 552 sq ft of conditioned residential living area and 192 sq ft of covered outdoor porch deck.

Inside the conditioned envelope, the floor plan is organized into 6 distinct architectural zones: MAIN BEDROOM (14'-0" × 7'-0", 98 sq ft), FULL BATH (10'-0" × 7'-0", 70 sq ft), CATHEDRAL GREAT ROOM (14'-0" × 9'-0", 126 sq ft), KITCHEN & DINING (10'-0" × 9'-0", 90 sq ft), UPPER SLEEPING LOFT (24'-0" × 7'-0", 168 sq ft), OPEN TO BELOW (24'-0" × 9'-0", 216 sq ft). Plumbing rough-ins are consolidated across FULL BATH, KITCHEN & DINING to minimize sub-slab trenching and manifold pipe runs.
